Sleep Diary - 2

Uhhh so still no luck on the sleeping front. Last night was only about 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep. OK, clearly I really need to get this sleeping thing together.

I do have a lot going on right now so perhaps after all of this calms down then I will be able to relax and get a little bit more sleep. At least I hope so...

You really need to get some rest. I had no idea that you got so little sleep. I have not been keeping tract of mine but now I will. You know since I have so much time on my hands!
Have a good time this weekend and a great run tomorrow.

I hope I'm not all late, but you should use those sleep tactics like...chammomile tea, dimming the lights, counting sheep (or some other object jumping over a fence...I do Clive Owen, sometimes Superman), getting one of those relaxation/meditation CDs where someone is talking smoothly that makes you want to go to sleep. Sleep is my friend and I use one or more of these tactic daily.

Because you've got so much going on, your brain is going 90 MPH and even though your body is tired, your mind isn't. You've got to catch it up with everyone else.

And happy 21-mile run to you!
