Not much longer now.....
I did a pretty good job of improving my habits today. I ate decent (aside from the cinnamon rolls for breakfast). I drank a good amount of water but I think that I still should drink more because I don't feel fully hydrated yet. I am going to go to bed around 10 tonight (that's early for me).
So..short post tonight, I have to get ready for bed!
