My knee is still bothering me! It isn't as bad today as it has been the past few days though so that is a good thing. Last night I was supposed to run around 4 miles but I ended up doing only about 2 and I walked part of that :(
I have had this pain before and I know that it isn't anything major but it is very annoying. I need to build up the strength of my inner thighs and that should help reduce the strain on my knee that is causing this pain. That's a simple thing to do but it also isn't something that is going to happen in less than two weeks. Marisa gave me a bunch of stretches to do and I will continue to ice like crazy. If I had an OFFICE I could ice throughout the day! If my knee isn't back to normal by next week then I don't care what these people around my job have to say, I will be rolling up my pant leg and sitting here with an ice pack on my knee. I'm pretty sure the way these chairs are made and how it is really NOT ergonomic considering my height is not helping the situation either.
So my plan is to ice and stretch every day until the marathon. I am confident that this will work and that my knee will feel great for all 26.2 miles. Hopefully I will be able to walk the next day but if I can't that is alright since I have already taken that day off from work.

We will do alot of water jogging the next two weeks! I think that will help the knee as well. Your going to be fine and your going to be stronger than ever on Nov 2nd! Your awesome and I am proud of you! Roll that pants leg up and ice if you need too.... They will all just be jealous!
